Advertising about incontinence

So, a lot of what I do with my birth preparation courses with KGH Hypnobirthing is about pregnancy and birth... However, and this does get mentioned during the overall course, your pelvic floor is so so SO important during pregnancy and after pregnancy too! If you’re reading this and you’re not pregnant, your pelvic floor is important. If you’re reading this and you are pregnant, your pelvic floor is important. If you’re reading this and you’ve had children, yesterday, last week, last month, a year ago, 10 years ago... your pelvic floor is important. I think you get my drift! Look into how you can strengthen your pelvic floor, the whole pelvic floor, not just a part of it.
