For the past 18 months I've been posting my 'Words on Wednesdays' on my social media channels and thought it may be time to start to capture everything in one place and also have one go-to area for you to hopefully find all the information you're looking for in terms of hypnobirthing and pre and postnatal support in Hampshire: The New Forest, Southampton, Lymington and surrounding areas.
I'll be doing a few more things in order to introduce myself through my writing, images and videos on here going forward as well as not everyone can make it to an expectant parent event to meet me in person. I truly believe you need to 'gel' with the person who will be with you at such an important and sometimes emotionally overwhelming time!
