Words

Updated: Feb 17, 2020

They’re around us, everywhere, everyday and yet we don’t always appreciate the impact they have on our minds, and our bodies. It can sometimes take just one word to change how your whole body reacts to a situation - and this doesn’t simply apply to childbirth, but to life in general. Every Wednesday I’ll be picking a word at random and delving into its meaning. This word cloud shows a small number of words which I’ve heard from people who I’ve been speaking to recently about bump & glide… However, maybe one specific word comes to mind when you think of having a baby, whether you’ve had a baby already, are about to, or would like to in the future.. Send me your words! Either in the comments below, by messaging me or by email and perhaps your word will be next! Hypnobirthing teaches you the importance of language, the power of words. Your birth experience has an impact on you for the rest of your life, why not try and make it a positive one!
